Notably, he achieved a rare world hat trick, showcasing his unparalleled prowess and dedication to excellence.
Among his myriad accomplishments, Dr. Rai attained the esteemed title of the second Honoris Causa award in Strategic Operations and Strategic Leadership from Webbic University,Ghana. His active involvement in the sports world, as a Shito Ryu Karate black belt 4th Dan and an international referee/coach, further highlights his multifaceted talents and passion for athletics.
